I work with leaders who want to better understand how they relate to themselves, to others, and to the systems they are part of.Rather than focusing only on skills or techniques, the work creates space to explore decision-making patterns, ways of relating and communicating as well as the impact of their presence on teams. Because leadership is not only about what we do, but about how we show up.
