Balance comes through awareness and dialogue.
My professional journey has always had one common thread: people.
Their needs, their patterns, and their capacity for change.
Over the years, working in different roles and environments, I found myself repeatedly drawn to one question:
What truly helps people grow and move beyond what holds them back?
My early experiences, from customer-facing roles to working in a mental health setting, brought me close to people’s everyday realities. These experiences shaped the way I understand what it means to relate, respond, and adapt in different contexts. This focus became more structured over nearly 20 years in Human Resources, where I worked in the areas of selection and development. During this time, I had the opportunity to support individuals, teams, and leaders through different stages of growth and change, gaining a deeper understanding of human behavior not only at an individual level, but also within organizational environments.
Alongside this professional path, I chose to deepen this understanding through my academic studies. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Panteion University, as well as postgraduate degrees in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources Management.
I have also completed a four-year training in Gestalt psychotherapy at the Gestalt Foundation in Athens and I am certified as a Gestalt Practitioner in Organizations.
Today, I bring these experiences together in my work as a psychologist and Gestalt psychotherapist.
I work with individuals, professionals, and groups, creating a space where they can explore how they think, feel, and relate, and begin to recognize patterns that may no longer serve them.
Through this process, change does not come from pressure to become something different. It emerges when we begin to see more clearly what is already there.
How I work
My approach is based on Gestalt psychotherapy and focuses on what is present in the here and now.
Rather than trying to “fix” or change things immediately, we begin by noticing and understanding what is already there, thoughts, emotions, patterns, and ways of relating.
Through this process, awareness gradually develops.
And with it, the possibility for change that feels more real, meaningful, and sustainable.
